By providing this information, the County hopes to raise the interest of qualified vendors in the County's Open Solicitations. The County does not guarantee that the equipment and software involved with this technology will be available at all times to provide information to receive transmittals, or that the information concerning Open Solicitations is the most current. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the Open Solicitation has been downloaded or otherwise obtained, including any addendum. Incomplete responses to Open Solicitations will not be accepted.
Only those changes made by the County in the form of written addendum will be accepted. Modifications made by the vendor to the terms proposed in the Open Solicitation must be clearly noted in the vendor response. Any changes made to the Open Solicitation terms without the consent of the County may render the response subject to rejection.
