Request by David M. Request by Shawn McKee for preliminary plan approval of the Elk Ridge Estates development. The proposed 88.3-acre subdivision is in the RR-5 (Residential Rural) District. The proposed subdivision includes fifteen (15) single-family lots with a minimum lot size of five (5) acres. The property is located southwest of the intersection of Highway 83 and County Line Road.
