COURTYARDS AT WOODMEN HILLS WEST FILING 1

Request by Falcon Properties and Investments for amended PUD approval of Courtyards at Woodmen Hills West Filing 1. The PUD amendment would reduce buildings from two-story to one-story, change dimensional standards and lots to accommodate ranch homes, restrict uses, and reduce the total number of lots from 227 to 197. The development is located on Woodmen Road approximately one-quarter mile west of its intersection with Highway 24 East. The property is located within the Falcon/Peyton Comprehensive Plan area. Request by Little London, LLC, for preliminary plan approval of the Highland Park Filing 3 development. The 162.61-acre parcel is in the RR-2.5 (Residential Rural District) zone district and is located approximately one-half mile southwest of the intersection of Vollmer Road and Poco Road. The applicant is proposing to subdivide this parcel into thirty-seven (37) single-family lots with a minimum lot size of 2.5 acres. The property is located within the Black Forest Preservation Plan (1989) area.
