Request by Aviation Builders, Inc., for preliminary plan approval of the Springs East Airpark development. The proposed 35.1-acre subdivision is in the PUD (Planned Unit Development) zone district. The proposed subdivision includes ten (10) single-family lots with a minimum lot size of 2.5 acres.
