Request by Bradley Crossroads, LLC for approval of a special use to operate a self storage facility. The 11.17-acre lot, known as Lot 1 Lincoln Plaza Subdivision Filing No. 3, is zoned CC (Commercial Community) and is located at the southwest corner of the Bradley Road and Hancock Expressway intersection. VACATION AND REPLAT

Request by Meridian Service Metropolitan District for a vacation and replat of a portion of The Trails Subdivision Filing 2 to accommodate the modification of a lot line. The two parcels, zoned RR-2.5 (Residential Rural), are known as Lot 36 (2.62 acres) and Tract A (0.22 acres) of The Trails Subdivision Filing 2 and are located north of Highway 24, south of Latigo Boulevard, east of Meridian Road, and west of Eastonville Road on the east side of Conestoga Trail. The parcels are located within the Falcon/Peyton Comprehensive Planning Area. The primary purpose of the vacation and replat is to ensure that all District facilities and equipment are located on the District-owned property rather than the current situation in which some of the facilities are located within an existing easement. Filing no. 1 includes 18 of these lots. The proposed approximate ten (10) acre subdivision is in the CR (Commercial Regional) zone district. The subdivision includes two (2) commercial lots; with Lot 1 at 1.39 acres and Lot 2 at 8.19 acres. HAEGLER RANCH DRAINAGE BASIN PLANNING STUDY
AMENDMENT TO COUNTY MASTER PLAN

Request by the El Paso County Department of Transportation and URS Corporation for adoption of the Haegler Ranch Drainage Basin Planning Study as an amendment to and component of the El Paso County Master Plan. The basin originates northeast of Falcon, and drains southeast nearly to Ellicott. This is the first of two Planning Commission hearings scheduled for this item. A copy of the final report and map are available on the County’s website, htt://adm.elpasoco.com/ transportation/. Legal notice for the Planning Commission hearing’s scheduled February 3, 2009 and March 3, 2009. A copy of Public hearing notices were also sent to the New Falcon Herald and Fountain Valley News and the Ranchland News. The City County Drainage Board approved this study January 8, 2009. Drainage and Bridge fees are only implemented after a separate Board of County Commissioners consideration of a Drainage fee Resolution. Notification of Board of County Commissioners hearing will be published separately.
