LAMAR OUTDOOR ADVERTISING
Request by Lamar Outdoor Advertising (applicant) on behalf of Kempton LLC (owner) for a special use for a proposed double-faced billboard structure, with each face approximately 240 square feet. The 8.72-acre site is in the M (Industrial) zone district and is addressed as 2990 North Marksheffel Road, approximately two-thirds mile north of its intersection with Constitution Avenue. VACATION AND REPLAT
Request by Michael and Pamela Rokes to vacate and replat Lot 1 of Stroschein Ranch and Lot 3, Block 2 of Wildridge Subdivision No. 1 from two residential lots to four residential lots (each lot larger than five acres). The property consists of two lots totaling 21.12 acres in the RR-5 (Residential Rural) District. The property is addressed as 8155 Poco Road, located approximately one-half mile west of the intersection of Poco Road and Vollmer Road, and is within the Black Forest Preservation Plan area. Richard and Julie Pfarrer request final plat approval of the Jacksboro Subdivision. The proposed 19.55-acre subdivision is in the RR-5 (Residential Rural) zone district. The subdivision includes three (3) single-family lots with lots ranging from 4.79 acres to 9.87 acres in size. The lots less than five acres front Burgess Road (a section line road). The property is located on the south side of Burgess Road and approximately 700 feet west of Holmes Road and approximately ¾ mile east of Milam Road. This request and is within the Black Forest Preservation comprehensive planning area. Approval includes authorization for the Chair to sign the plat, Subdivision Improvement Agreement, Detention Pond Maintenance Agreement, Private Road Maintenance Agreement. PRAIRIEVIEW HARBOR ESTATES
Request by Windance Corporation and Affordable Housing Specialists LLC, for approval to rezone approximately 120 acres from A-35 (Agricultural) zone district to RR-2.5 (Residential Rural) zone district for development of the Prairieview Harbor Estates, a 30-lot single-family residential development with lots ranging from 2.5 acres to 10 acres. A preliminary plan application is running concurrently with this application (SP-08-005). The property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection at Sanborn Road and Ellicott Highway and is within the Ellicott Valley comprehensive planning area. PRAIRIEVIEW HARBOR ESTATES
Request by Windance Corporation and Affordable Housing Specialists LLC, for preliminary plan approval of Prairieview Harbor Estates development. The proposed 120-acre subdivision is currently in the A-35 (Agricultural) zone district and has a rezone application (P-08-004) running concurrent with this application to rezone parcels to the RR-2.5 (Residential Rural) zone district. The subdivision includes 30 single-family residential lots ranging from 2.5 acres to 10 acres. The property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection at Sanborn Road and Ellicott Highway and is within the Ellicott Valley comprehensive planning area. Request by HPT LLC and Cathedral Pines by Kings Deer LLLP for amended PUD approval of Cathedral Pines. The proposed approximate 161-acre PUD amendment plan is in the PUD (Planned Unit Development) zone district. The PUD plan includes 13 additional single-family lots with a minimum lot size of 2.5- acre sites, ark and open space. The property is located west of Milam Road and north of the Black Forest Regional Park and is within the Black Forest Preservation comprehensive planning area. . APPROVAL OF LOCATION
MERIDIAN LIFT STATION
Request by Design Edge, PC for approval of location pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28-110 to construct, operate, and maintain the proposed facility as a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station in the Meridian Service Metropolitan District. This project is in the CR (Commercial Regional) zone district, on approximately 0.58 acres, and is located southwest of the Woodmen Road and McLaughlin Road intersection, and is within the Falcon\Peyton comprehensive planning area. REVISIONS TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
Request by Development Services to revise the Land Development Code (adopted October 12, 2006, implemented April 2, 2007) including typographical corrections, clarifications, and other changes to all chapters except Chapters 3 and 10, and to make any conforming amendments to the Land Development Code. The Land Development Code (LDC) includes the Zoning Resolution and Subdivision Regulations of El Paso County.
