DEWITT METEOROLOGICAL MONITORING POLE
Request by Clipper Windpower (applicant) on behalf of William Dewitt (owner) for a special use for a proposed 60-meter meteorological monitoring pole. The 1,087.6-acre site is in the A-35 (Agricultural) zone district and is southeast of the intersection of Calhan Highway and Judge Orr Road. (Schedule No. 23000-00-360)
RESKURTAS WEST METEOROLOGICAL MONITORING POLE
Request by Clipper Windpower (applicant) on behalf of Reskurtas West LLC (owner) for a special use for a proposed 60-meter meteorological monitoring pole. The 1,520-acre site is in the A-35 (Agricultural) zone district and is northeast of the intersection of Blasingame Road and Harrisville Road. (Schedule No. 11000-00-058)

SPECIAL DISTRICT AMENDMENT
CUCHARES RANCH METRO DISTRICT
Request by Cuchares Ranch Metropolitan District for approval of a Special District Service Plan Amendment for the Cuchares Ranch Metropolitan District. The purpose of the amendment to the service plan is for the following: 1) to remove the current mill levy cap of 25 mills, allowing the mill levy to increase up to the maximum mill levy allowed under Colorado Statutory Law; and 2) to allow the district to bond debt up to the amount of the district's estimated property value of $20 million. The request is also for County approval to apply for Conservation Trust Funds to fund park operation and maintenance. The existing district is located north of Bradley Road and east of Marksheffel Road on the south side of Drennan Road and is within the Highway 94 Planning Area. AMENDMENT TO THE COUNTY MASTER PLAN
UPDATE TO THE FALCON/ PEYTON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Request by the Falcon/ Peyton Citizens' Advisory Committee and the El Paso County Development Services Department to amend the El Paso County Master Plan by adoption of the 2008 Falcon/ Peyton Comprehensive Plan. The 2008 Falcon/ Peyton Comprehensive Plan will replace in its entirety the El Paso County Planning Commission's approved 1993 Falcon/ Peyton Comprehensive Plan (Resolution No.93-002). The planning area is bounded by County Line Road on the north, South Blaney Road to the south, on the east by McClelland Road, and to the west along Eastonville Road in the northern half of the planning area, and includes the area approximately two miles north of the Woodmen Road corridor. The planning area is approximately 165 square miles and contains the unincorporated town sites of Falcon and Peyton.

ROCK SPRINGS RANCH METROROPOLITAN DISTRICT
Request by Rock Springs, LLC for approval of a Special District for the Rock Springs Metropolitan District. The proposed district would generally be located north of Highway 24, south of Sweet Road, west of Log Road, and east of the Peyton Highway and is within the Falcon\Peyton Comprehensive Planning Area (Schedule Nos. 31000-00-125, 31000-00-203, 31000-00-228, 31000-00-248, 32000-00-661, 32000-00-662, and 32000-00-663)
REZONING: RR-5 TO PUD
Request by Stan Searle, for a PUD approval of Silverado Ranch. The proposed 320-acre PUD plan is in the RR-5 (Residential Rural) zone district. The PUD plan includes 64 single-family lots with a minimum lot size of 2.5 acre sites, and open space. The property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection at Drennan Road and Peyton Highway and is within the Ellicott Valley / Highway 94 comprehensive planning area.
