This project allows for the effective use of renewable energy resources while minimizing impacts to neighboring properties. This project is in the R-T (Residential Topographic) zone district, on 3.16 acres, and is located along the Westside of US Highway 24 in the town of Cascade. Request by the City of Fountain for Approval of Location pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28-110 to construct and install approximately 1.5 miles of 12-in water main on the west side of Link Road, the north side of Squirrel Creek Road (El Paso County right-of-way), including hanging the pipeline from the Jimmy Camp Creek Bridge utilizing pre-installed block-outs. This project is in the A-5 (Agricultural) District and starts at the intersection of Link and C & S Roads, then follows Link Road south to Squirrel Creek Road. At Squirrel Creek Road, the main heads east. The proposed project is not located in a small area comprehensive planning area. (Multiple Schedule Numbers)
