Waiver #1: The applicant has requested a waiver of Chapter 49.2,J.4. of the El Paso County Land Development Code. This waiver is requested to allow double frontage lots (lots 18 and 29).

Waiver #2: The applicant has requested a waiver of Chapter 49.2.C.3. of the El Paso County Land Development Code. This waiver is requested to allow lots that do not have frontage on a dedicated public street (lots 7 and 8).

Waiver #3: The applicant has requested a waiver of Chapter 49.2.C.3.b.7. of the El Paso County Land Development Code. This waiver is requested to allow more than 10 lots on a non-through street for the extension of Spur Ranch Road.
