THE TRAILS FILING #7
Request by RMBG, LLC #1, Murlin H. Jr and Myrno C. Coffey, and Douglas G. and Becky E. Woods as Owners request the approval of a Vacation and Replat of The Trails Filing No. 7 to The Trails Filing 7A, 7B, and 7C. This replat will reduce the number of lots with replat 7A, and correctly depict drainage easements with replats 7B and 7C. Lots 19, 20 and 21 are currently configured as three lots which will be reconfigured as two lots (Lots 1 and 2 of Trails Filing No. 7A). The change in these three lots to two lots is due to the size and location of existing wetlands, which would have made the original Lot 20 unsuitable for any construction. Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 are correcting drainage easements (replats 7B and 7C). This replat request is currently zoned RR-2.5 (Residential Rural) (formerly know as RR-2 - Rural Residential) and is approximately 28 acres in both the Black Forest Preservation and the Falcon / Peyton small area plans. Moore Jr) for approval to rezone approximately 10 acres from RR-5 (Residential Rural) formerly RR-3 (Rural Residential) District to CR (Commercial Regional) formerly PBC (Planned Business Center) District for the development of Meridian Crossing, a six-lot commercial development. The property is located at the northeast corner of the Old Meridian Road and the proposed Meridian Road extension, approximately 300 feet northwest of McLaughlin Road, north of Rolling Thunder and is within the Falcon / Peyton comprehensive planning area. The subdivision includes six commercial lots ranging in size from 1.22 acres to 1.97 acres. AMENDMENT TO BYLAWS
EL PASO COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
Request by the El Paso County Planning Commission and the Development Services Department to amend the Bylaws for the Planning Commission to reflect two meetings per month, on an as-needed basis, to be conducted on the first and third Tuesdays of each month; and to delete reference to a meeting on the fourth Tuesday of the month.
