VACATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY AND REPLAT OF LOTS
Request by Guy Babbitt to vacate approximately 45 linear feet of right-of-way and replat Lot 22, a portion of Lot 21, and a portion of Lot 1 of C.C. Isley's Addition to Bear Creek Canyon into a single lot which will total approximately 13,965 square feet. The property is addressed as 429 Gold Camp Road and is located approximately two miles southwest of the intersection of Gold Camp Road and Colorado Avenue, and is not within any comprehensive planning area. DELETION OF SKETCH PLAN

HODGEN ROAD ACCESS MANAGEMENT PLAN
Request by El Paso County Development Services Department (DSD) and Department of Transportation for approval of an Access Management Plan for the Hodgen Road corridor between State Highway 83 to Elbert Road. The corridor is in both the Black Forest and Falcon / Peyton Planning Areas.
Also requested is approval of the Corridor Preservation Plan for the Hodgen Road corridor between State Highway 83 to Elbert Road. The corridor is in both the Black Forest and Falcon / Peyton Planning Areas.
