This approach is being undertaken to effectively recharge the Upper Black Squirrel Creek aquifer. The property is located northeast of and adjacent to the Bar 10 Road and Henderson Road intersection. The proposed recharge facility project is approximately 70 acres and is located in the A-35 (Agricultural) zone district, in the Ellicott Valley Comprehensive Planning Area.
