PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO

Request by Public Service Company of Colorado for Approval of Location pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28-110 for the proposed construction, operation and maintenance of a new 34kV double circuit transmission line that will connect the Comanche Generation Station in Pueblo, Colorado, to the existing electric transmission system at a point approximately four miles south of the City of Fountain. The proposed transmission line and 150-foot - 200-foot wide easement will be approximately 48 miles long. Approximately eight miles of this project are located in unincorporated El Paso County, and the remaining 40 miles run north and south across Pueblo County. This proposed location approval is in the
A-35 (Agricultural) and RR-3 (Rural Residential) Districts and the South Central Comprehensive Planning area. Schedule No. 57000-00-001, 47000-00-042.

AIRPORT OVERLAY REZONING
COLORADO SPRINGS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT

A request by El Paso County in coordination with the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport to change the overlay zoning designation for all property within the County's jurisdiction currently in the Airport Zone-Commercial, General Military (OACGM) District to Commercial Airport Zone (CAD-O), and to consider application of the CAD-O Overlay to additional County land areas not already included in the airport overlay district. The proposal is based upon the boundaries as shown on the Airport Map for the Colorado Springs Airport. The Airport is located east of Powers Boulevard, between Platte Avenue on the north and Drennan Road on the south. The maximum extent of the airport overlay boundaries for the CAD-O Overlay would include an area roughly from Woodmen Road on the north to south of the City of Fountain, between Academy Boulevard and to the east of Marksheffel Road.
