Request by Public Service Company of Colorado, for Approval of Location pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28-110 for the rebuilding of one of two existing 230kV transmission lines in an existing transmission line corridor and easement that runs from Midway Substation, south of Colorado Springs to the Daniels Park Substation in northern Douglas County. The proposed transmission line and easement is 70 miles long, approximately 43 miles of this project is located in unincorporated El Paso County, runs north and south across several zone districts, and multiple comprehensive planning areas.
