AMENDMENT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC)
COMPREHENSIVE REVISION AND COMPLETE REPLACEMENT

Request by the Development Services Department to adopt the amendment of the Land Development Code (LDC) which comprises, along with companion documents, the Zoning Resolution and Subdivision Regulations of El Paso County, with subsequent implementation of these revisions to the LDC. The proposal results in comprehensive revisions to and complete replacement of the existing Land Development Code, and include, among other things, modification to most zoning district names.

NOTE: This hearing was most recently continued on February 21, 2006, to February 28, 2006.
