Request by Falcon Highlands Metropolitan District for Location Approval for a new lift station. The parcel is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and will use approximately .29 acre within a 156-acre parcel. The parcel is located south of Woodmen Road and just north of Tamlin Road. Request by Searle Ranch Inc. for approval of a rezoning from RR-3 (Rural Residential) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, consisting of 230 acres. The proposal includes 46 single-family lots, two utility tracts and approximately 36.7 acres of open space. The property is in the West Cherry Creek Sub-Area, within the Tri-Lakes Comprehensive Planning Area. The property is located north of State Highway 105 and approximately ¼ mile west of Highway 83. AMENDED SPECIAL DISTRICT SERVICE PLAN
CONSTITUTION HEIGHTS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
Request by the Constitution Heights Metropolitan District for approval of an amended Service Plan for this District. The Service Plan was originally approved by the Board of County Commissioners in September of 2004 in "skeletal" form with limiting conditions. The action is to consider a complete Service Plan application and remove or revise limiting conditions. The existing and proposed District property is located west of Marksheffel Road near the intersection of Marksheffel and Constitution Avenue. Numerous tax Schedule numbers.
