WOODMEN HILLS PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY
Request by Woodmen Hills Public Facilities Authority for Location Approval for a new water treatment facility. The intent is for this plant to serve the residents of Woodmen Hills with potable water. The parcel is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District. The Water Treatment Facility will be located in Tract 40 of Woodmen Hills Filing No. 11, 0.9 mile north and 1.9 miles east of the Woodmen Road/ Highway 24 intersection. Tax Schedule No. 42322-02-003.

Request by the City of Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) for approval of an amended and consolidated Use Subject to Special Review addressing pre-existing and planned solid waste disposal areas within the CSU Clear Springs Ranch property located west of Interstate 25 and southeast of the City of Fountain. The effect of this approval will be to supersede all prior Special Use approvals for this facility and provide consistency with the consolidated Certificate of Designation (CD) previously approved for the site in December of 2004.
