AMENDMENT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC)

A request by the Development Services Department for review of proposed amendments to the Land Development Code (LDC) regarding establishment of a Use Table and revised Use Standards (proposed Chapter 5). The Planning Commission will review, but not adopt, Chapter 5 Use and Dimensional Standards at their regularly scheduled meeting on February 15, 2005. The discussion will include review of the proposed Use Table and the Use Standards, with subsequent action being requested at the March 15, 2005 Planning Commission Hearing, and March 24 Board of County Commissioners Hearing.
