Request by Sunset Metropolitan District for Location Approval for a new wastewater treatment facility. The intent is for this plant to serve the Santa Fe Springs area. The parcel is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and is approximately 51.79 acres. The property is located east of Highway 24, south of Falcon Highway and north of Garrett Road. The parcel is addressed as 11145 East Highway 24, in the Falcon/ Peyton Planning Area.
