The proposed water pipeline extends from 12 miles east and two miles north of the Woodmen Road/ Highway 24 intersection in Falcon, Colorado, to the Woodmen Hills water system and will run south along Ellicott Highway to Judge Orr Road, and then west along Judge Orr Road for approximately 11 miles and then run north to and along Eatonville Road, and eventually into the Woodmen Hills water system.
