Criteria:  Based on education and experience as specified below.

Job Requirements:  Performs unskilled or limited semi-skilled labor in any or all of the areas of grounds maintenance, facility or equipment maintenance and construction. Operates and is responsible for maintenance of assigned tools and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED equivalent. Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance, hand and power tools, painting, plumbing, and some electrical, or the ability to be trained. Must know and practice safety precautions. Conditional post offer physical examination, drug screen and background check are required. Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License.

Any equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the education and experience requirements above. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
