Credits for Any Taxpayer In or Out of the Zone

Credit for Contributions to Enterprise Zones. There is a State income tax credit, up to $100,000 per year, for monetary and in-kind contributions to local Enterprise Zone Administrators for Enterprise Zone promotion and development projects.  Below is a list of the current eligible projects in the El Paso County Enterprise Zone. (in-kind contributions are eligible for one-half the credit of a monetary contribution)  To make a contribution or to receive information on a specific project, please contact the project.  Since this credit is available to both businesses and individuals in Colorado, it is very widely used.
