ROBBERY IN SOUTHERN El PASO COUNTY

On July 25, 2010, at approximately 6:50 p.m. the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office responded to 49 Watson Blvd, in Security, Colorado, in reference to a robbery with a weapon.  The victim advised he had met a female on a chat group and invited her to his residence.  When she arrived, she was accompanied by a white male and a Hispanic male.  The victim invited the trio into the residence.  The white male brandished a handgun and demanded money from the victim.  The victim gave the gunman twenty dollars then fled to a bedroom within the residence and the suspects left the area.

The female suspect was later located and taken into custody by the Colorado Springs Police Department, in the 1500 block of Fountain Street.  She is identified as 30 year old Leann Arroyo.  Arroyo was taken into custody and is being held at the Criminal Justice Center on the charges of Aggravated Robbery and Conspiracy with a $25,000.00 bond.

The white male is described as bald, with a slender build, in his mid to late 30’s wearing sunglasses.  The Hispanic male is described as wearing a long sleeve unknown color hoodie and gloves.
