Transportation Improvement Project

Schedule
The
Woodmen Road Transportation Improvement Project is currently divided
into two studies. The first project is to identify and construct
necessary roadway safety improvements for three issue areas along
the El Paso County section of Woodmen Road. The second project is
a joint effort with the city of Colorado Springs to consider larger
capacity improvements for the sections of Woodmen Road from I-25
east to US 24. This second project is termed an Environmental Assessment.
