Open to the public 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday-Friday. In addition to this website, El Paso County Contracts & Procurement Division advertises open solicitations in the Fountain Valley News, on the department bulletin board located outside the main entrance to the department, and by mail to registered vendors. Copies of all solicitations can also be obtained by contacting Norma Ingalls in the Contracts & Procurement Division at (719) 520-6402. Copy charges may apply.
