Open to the public 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday-Thursday. In addition to this website, El Paso County Procurement & Contracts advertises open solicitations in the Shoppers Press (El Paso County News), on the department bulletin board located outside the main entrance to the department, and by mail to registered vendors. Copies of all solicitations can also be obtained by contacting Norma Ingalls in the Procurement & Contracts Dept. at (719) 520-6402. Copy charges may apply.
