AMENDMENT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC)

Request by the Development Services Department to amend the Land Development Code (Zoning Resolution) Chapter IV, Section 2, Zoning Procedures, A 9 b(2), and Chapter IV, Section 3, County Initiated Zoning Procedures, 4 b (1) to modify the published legal notice requirement for Board of County Commissioners hearings on rezoning actions (except rezoning to PUD) from a 30-day requirement to a 14-day requirement, as well as conforming amendments throughout the Code. The proposed modification achieves consistency with State Statute (CRS-30-28-116).
