A request by James F. McFarlane for a variance to permit use of 2,016.441 square feet of a proposed accessory building to conduct a home occupation where the permitted square footage of such building shall not exceed 500 square feet. The 10.25-acre property, addressed as 20142 Elk Creek Drive West, is located in northern El Paso County east of Interstate Highway 25 approximately three (3) miles and south of County Road East. The property is zoned RR-3 (Rural Residential) District and is legally described as Lot 3, Elk Creek Ranches Filing No. 2. Tax schedule number 61010-01-017 identifies the property.
