A request by David and Brenda Steele for a variance to permit a side yard setback of five (5) feet where the requirement in the RR-3 (Rural Residential) District is twenty-five (25) feet. The property, known as 11410 Wakely Road is legally described as Lot 12, Block 7, Park Forest Estates Filing #2. Located approximately ¼ mile east of Herring Road on Burgess Road in the Black Forest Planning Area, the property is identified by Assessor's tax schedule # 52200-02-005.

A request by David A. Larson for a variance to permit a lot width at the front building setback line of 172 feet where the designation by plat #10947 is 200 feet. The property is addressed as 5636 Jocque Court and is currently legally described as Lot 4 and also includes a metes and bounds description which is currently a part of Lot 5, Southfork Subdivision Filing No. 2. The property, located south of Falcon Highway and east of Curtis Road is zoned RR-2 (Rural Residential) District and is identified by Assessor's tax schedule #43150-03-035.
