SETBACK VARIANCE

A request by Woodford Manufacturing Company for a setback variance for an existing structure and a proposed loading dock located a distance of thirty-one (31) feet from the property line where the requirement is two hundred (200) feet. The property, zoned PHID (Planned Heavy Industrial) District is addressed as 2121 Waynoka Road. Legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Waynoka Road Industrial, the property is identified by Assessor's tax schedule #54062-05-001.
