LOT AREA VARIANCE
A request by Danny Trevithick for a variance to permit a lot area
of 4.507 acres where the requirement in the A-35 (Agricultural)
District is thirty-five (35) acres. The property, described as a
metes and bounds parcel in Section 12, Township 14, Range 63, is
located on the west side of Ellicott Highway approximately ¼
mile south of McDaniels Road in southeastern El Paso County. The
property, known as 1280 Ellicott Highway, is identified by Assessor's
tax schedule number 34120-00-006.

LOT AREA VARIANCE
A request by Laurence and Mary Morin for a variance to permit a
lot area of 60,000 square feet where the requirement in the RR-3
(Rural Residential) District is five (5) acres. The property, known
as 15845 Park Avenue is legally described as Lot 7 and Lot 8, Block
3, Black Forest Park Subdivision. Currently, the El Paso County
Assessor's tax schedule numbers are 61284-02-012 and 61284-02-014.
These numbers will change as the property owner has combined the
property by the merger process.
