A request by Tigges Construction for a variance to permit a front yard setback of thirty-three (33) feet and a rear yard setback of twenty-seven (27) feet where the requirement in the R (Residential) District is forty (40) feet. The property, addressed as 1643 Plowman Drive, is located east of Interstate 25 and south of County Line Road in the Tri-Lakes Planning area and contains .46 acre. Legally described as Lot 35, High Pines, the property is identified by Assessor's tax schedule #71021-15-022.
