District is established to provide for areas of low-density rural
single-family residential development which may include agriculture
and ranching and to accommodate uses which are not urban in nature
that are generally located in proximity to urban areas.

ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND USES
1.
Refer to Section 35.1.
2. Home occupations as provided in Section 35.6.
3. Single-family dwelling(s) or mobile home(s) for
person(s) principally employed at or engaged in the operation
of the farm, ranch, dairy, or fur farm. The total number of
residences on a farm, ranch, dairy or fur farm shall not exceed
one (1) unit per five (5) acres.

DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS
1.
Those uses containing an asterisk (*) refer to the
corresponding number in Section 35.5 for additional development
requirements.
2. Those uses identified with a pound sign (#) are
secondary uses to be conducted in conjunction with Principal
(Primary) Uses.
3. There shall only be one (1) Principal (Primary)
Use conducted on a lot or parcel of land. Certain child care
facilities, adult care homes, group homes, green-houses, wholesale
nurseries, dairy, farm, fur farm, ranch or truck farms may be
conducted in conjunction with a residential dwelling or religious
institution as appropriate in accordance with these regulations.
4. Maximum structural height: Thirty (30) feet.

Minimum width at front building setback line: Two
hundred (200) feet.

Setback requirements:
a.
Front yard: Twenty-five (25)
feet.
b. Side yard: Twenty-five
(25) feet.
c. Rear yard: Twenty-five
(25) feet.
d. Stables & corrals: Fifty
(50) feet from all property lines.
e. Agricultural stand: Thirty-five
(35) feet from all property lines.
f. Kennels, pens & fur farms: One
hundred (100) feet from all property lines.
g. Sawmills: Three hundred (300) feet from
all property lines.
7.
In the event that the land to be partitioned, platted,
sold or zoned is burdened by a county road on a section line
road along any of its sides, then, and in that event only, the
lot width and acreage requirements shall be:
