The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners approved
new development fees on December 23, 2004. The fees associated
with those project types indicated as Type A through Type C
are in effect as of January 1, 2005. The fees associated with
those project types indicated as Type D will go into effect
as of February 1, 2005.
