REVISIONS TO THE
EL PASO COUNTY
LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE: 2000 - 2005

Module 2 - Chapter 5 and Chapter 10
LDC-05-001 - amendment to the County's Land Development Code (LDC), Zoning Resolution and Subdivision Regulations. Revisions encompass Module 2 of a four (4) Module program. This revision includes Module 2, Chapter 5 - Use, Development and Dimensional Standards; Chapter 10 - Annexation and Disconnection, as well as conforming amendments throughout the Code. Additionally, any portion of Module 1, as approved by the Board of County Commissioners on December 23, 2004, may be subject to discussion and future amendment.

Module 2 is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on March 15, 2005 (second hearing) and by the Board of County Commissioners on March 24, 2005.

Modue 1 and "Quick Fixes"
LDC-04-002 - Amendment to the County's Land Development Code (LDC), Zoning Resolution and Subdivision Regulations. The revisions encompass Module 1 of a four (4) Module program for implementation of a revised LDC at the end of the process. Additionally, eight(8) modifications to the existing LDC were adopted for immediate implementation, which provide procedural and administrative clarification for use of the existing LDC, as well as conforming amendments throughout the Code.

Approved by the Planning Commission on November 30, 2004, and by the Board of County Commissioners on December 23, 2004.
